Tomato-Broccoli Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole medium chicken breasts, skinned, boned and halved lengthwise
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cut broccoli, thawed
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. dried thyme, crushed
    3 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
Preparation
    Sprinkle chicken lightly with a little salt and pepper.
    Cut chicken into 1/2-inch wide strips.
    In medium skillet, cook chicken and onion in butter or margarine until chicken no longer is pink.
    Stir in broccoli, lemon juice, thyme, 3/4 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.
    Cover and simmer 6 minutes.
    Add tomatoes and simmer, covered, for 3 to 4 minutes more.
    Makes 4 servings.
