Raisin Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 c. white sugar
    2 to 3 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    dash of salt
    1 c. raisins
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream together sugar, oleo or butter and salt. Add beaten egg, vanilla and raisins. Mix well. Spoon into pastry lined tarts or muffin pans. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 12 large tarts.
