Southern Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 lb. chicken
    4 to 6 eggs
    flour
    salt
    pepper
    vegetable oil
    1 clove fresh garlic, sliced
Preparation
    Wash chicken; drain.
    Beat eggs.
    Mix flour, salt and pepper. Dip chicken in eggs.
    Roll it in flour to batter.
    Put in skillet with hot vegetable oil.
