Onions Baked In Cinders - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 medium yellow onions
    6 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    3 cloves garlic, crushed
    chopped parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Wrap the unpeeled onions individually in foil.
    Push into the coals of a fire or barbecue, and leave for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Or place in a 375\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
