Pumpkin Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
6 egg yolks
3 c. cooked pumpkin
3 c. milk
butter like a walnut
beaten egg whites
nuts
baked pie shell
Preparation
-
Mix first 10 ingredients and cook until thick.
Fold in beaten egg whites.
Pour into pie shell.
Sprinkle nuts on top.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes and 400\u00b0
for 30 minutes.
To use as pudding, omit pie shell.
