Corn Pudding(Microwave) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Shoe Peg corn
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 stick margarine, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven about 30 minutes or microwave for 15 minutes, stirring about halfway through cooking time.
