Chicken Breasts With Artichoke Hearts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. rosemary
    1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and cut in half
Preparation
    Coat chicken with flour, salt and pepper.
    Brown in oil. Remove from pan.
    Saute onion in remaining oil.
    Stir in wine, broth and spices.
    Bring to boil.
    Return chicken to pan.
    Add artichoke hearts.
    Cover and simmer 15 minutes or until chicken is done.
    Serve with rice or egg noodles.
