Corn Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    medium size salt pork with rind on back
    5 large potatoes (10 small)
    2 onions
    1 can creamed corn
    1 to 2 cans whole kernel corn
    3 c. milk
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Peel and cube potatoes, about 1-inch.
    Dice onions.
    Barely cover with water.
    Cover pot and boil 15 to 20 minutes.
    Add creamed corn and whole kernel corn.
    Add milk and butter.
    Simmer for 1/2 hour.
    Do not boil.
