Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Crisco oil
    2 eggs
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    6 oz. butterscotch morsels
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. finely chopped apples
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix oil, sugar, eggs and apples together.
    Add remaining dry ingredients and pecans.
    Batter will be stiff.
    Pour into pan and sprinkle butterscotch morsels over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
