Blueberry Pecan Crumb Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. unsalted butter, soft
    1/4 c. vegetable shortening
    1 c. sugar
    3 large eggs, slightly beaten
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. sour cream
    3 tsp. grated lemon rind
    3 c. blueberries tossed with 1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Cream
    butter
    and
    shortening\twith
    sugar; beat until fluffy.
    Beat in eggs.
    Combine flour, baking powder, soda and salt.
    To butter mixture add sour cream alternately with flour mixture
    until just mixed. Fold in lemon rind and blueberries. Spread in buttered and floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
