Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) cartons fresh mushrooms
    3/4 lb. mild sausage
Preparation
    Stem and rinse mushrooms and dip in lemon juice. Drain on paper towels.
    Fill cavities with sausage balls and bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes or until sausage is done.
    Very good!!
