Diabetic Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Cream of Wheat (regular)
    1 c. plain flour
    1/3 c. oil
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. low-fat buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix well and pour in greased skillet, bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
