Spinach Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 1 1/2 oz. spaghetti sauce mix
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 3/4 c. water
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. small curd cottage cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagne noodles
12 oz. sliced Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Simmer first 4 ingredients for 5 minutes.
Combine eggs, cottage cheese, salt, spinach and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Sauce first, then noodles, then cheese and sauce mixture.
Keep layering until baking dish is full. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
Cover dish with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
