Romano cheese
seasoned bread crumbs (Italian)
Season-All
salt
red pepper
Preparation

Oil the bottom of a pan with olive oil.
Put a single layer of sliced tomatoes, then onions and then tomatoes.
Sprinkle on cheese, Season-All, salt, red pepper and seasoned bread crumbs. Put bread crumbs on heavy.
Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
