Wine Sauce For Baked Chicken Breast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1/2 c. chicken fat
2 c. flour (all-purpose)
dash of cayenne pepper and salt
2 qt. chicken broth
4 beef bouillon cubes
1 qt. milk
1 c. wine
Preparation

Make roux from this:
margarine, chicken fat and flour.
Add cayenne pepper and salt.
Mix chicken broth.
Enhance broth with bouillon cubes and milk.
Cook with roux until thickened.
Mix wine into other mixture and stir well.
Pour over cooked chicken breast that has been placed over cooked rice.
Bake until hot.
Serve.
