Beef And Vegetable Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. margarine
4 c. hot water
1 lb. can tomatoes
1 c. diced celery
1 Tbsp. salt
2 beef bouillon cubes
1/2 bay leaf
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 c. noodles
1/4 tsp. thyme
Preparation

Cook hamburger and onion in margarine until browned.
Add water, tomatoes, celery, salt, bouillon cubes, bay leaf, Worcestershire sauce and pepper.
Bring to boil, cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
Add vegetables, noodles and thyme.
Bring to a boil, cover and simmer 15 minutes.
