Irish Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter or margarine
2 eggs or egg substitute
2 c. all-purpose flour
3 c. Irish oatmeal or 2 boxes
1 c. raisins
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar (1/2 white and 1/2 light brown)
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
4 Tbsp. milk
Preparation

In large bowl or mixer, beat butter and both sugars until creamy.
Add eggs, vanilla, flour, milk and baking soda.
Add oatmeal and raisins.
Drop by teaspoons on greased cookie sheets. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until brown.
Makes about 60 cookies.
