The Bridle Path Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
    1 lb. spicy sausage, cooked, crumbled, drained
    2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    2 c. cubed ham
    6 eggs
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    Salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Layer potatoes in buttered baking dish.
    Top with sausage, 1 cup cheese, and ham.
    Beat eggs with mustard, salt, pepper, and milk in bowl.
    Pour over top layer.
    Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup of cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 45 minutes.
    Serve with toast or banana bread.
    Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
