Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. 10 corn tortillas
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 can Ranch Style beans
1 small box Velveeta cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Tear tortillas into halves.
Set half of them aside.
Cover bottom of casserole dish with the other half.
Brown meat and onion together and season to taste.
Add tomatoes to meat mixture.
Mix well.
Spread this mixture over tortillas in casserole dish. Spread beans over the meat.
Slice cheese and cover entire casserole.
Put second half of tortillas over cheese; spread mushroom soup over all (undiluted).
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Uncover for 10 minutes to brown.
