Mom'S Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) can each: peaches, pears and grapefruit, drained
1 can chunk pineapple
3/4 c. sugar
1 heaping Tbsp. flour
pinch of salt
1 egg yolk
2 or 3 apples and oranges
2 or 3 bananas
Preparation

Drain all juice, then use 1 can pineapple (chunk size).
Take the juice from pineapple and put in saucepan with sugar, flour and salt.
Mix all dry ingredients together.
Beat egg yolk and add to sauce in pan; cook until thick.
Pour sauce over all the fruit. Add apples and oranges then chill until ready to serve.
Add bananas just before serving.
You can also add maraschino cherries or anything else that you like.
