Ricotta Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. Presto flour
1 lb. Ricotta
1 tsp. sugar
1 c. milk
2 eggs
3 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix together flour, Ricotta, milk and eggs until fully mixed and stiff.
Add sugar and vanilla.
Make a ball, drop into hot oil and brown to golden color.
Drain on brown paper to absorb grease. Shake confectioners sugar on Ricotta balls when cool.
Put in tin to keep fresh.
