Berry Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
1 egg, beaten
1 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Mix together dry ingredients.
Add combined milk, butter, and egg; mix just until moistened.
Fold in blueberries.
Spoon into greased medium-sized muffin pan or paper-lined muffin cups, filling each cup 3/4 full.
Bake 18 - 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool 5 minutes; remove from pan.
