Ingredients

1/2 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
touch of grated nutmeg
powdered sugar
1/2 lemon
marmalade or jams
Preparation

Melt butter in skillet.
In mixing bowl, combine flour, milk, eggs and touch of grated nutmeg.
Do not beat too much.
Scrape mixture into skillet.
Put in 425\u00b0 oven for 15 or 20 minutes. Sprinkle xx sugar on top.
Squeeze 1/2 lemon over all.
Serve with marmalade or jams, lingonberries on top are best.
