Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. plain flour
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
1 tube Ritz crackers
Preparation

Drain pineapple (reserving 3 tablespoons juice).
Combine sugar and flour; stir in reserved pineapple juice.
Add cheese and pineapple chunks, mixing well.
Spoon mixture into a greased 1-quart casserole dish.
Combine melted butter and cracker crumbs, stirring well.
Sprinkle over pineapple mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes, or until crumbs are lightly browned.
