Salsa(Hot Sauce) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. onions
    2 lb. hot chilies
    5 lb. tomatoes
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. lemon juice or distilled white vinegar
Preparation
    Peel and chop onions, chop chilies (seed removed). Peel and chop fresh tomatoes.
    Add onions, chilies and other ingredients to chopped tomatoes.
    Pack into hot jars and process in boiling water bath for 5 minutes or bring to a boil and pack into jars and seal. Process 5 minutes.
