Amish Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. half and half
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 baked 9-inch pie shell
ground cinnamon
Preparation

In medium saucepan, stir together sugar, cornstarch and salt. Whisk in half and half and cook and stir over medium heat until thick and bubbly.
Remove from heat.
Stir in butter, brown sugar and vanilla until butter melts.
Pour into baked pie shell and dust with cinnamon.
