French Fried Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large onions
    oil
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 beaten egg
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. salad oil
Preparation
    Sift together flour, salt and baking powder.
    Combine egg, milk and oil.
    Beat together and add flour mixture until smooth. Slice onions 1/4-inch thick.
    Dip in batter and let drip.
    Fry at 375\u00b0 until brown.
    Serve.
