Gooseberry Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. cornstarch
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. water
    2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. gooseberries
    1 1/2 sticks margarine
    2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 box Cool Whip
Preparation
    Combine cornstarch, sugar, gooseberries and water and cook, stirring constantly, over medium heat until thick; let cool.
