Roberta'S White Bean Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cloves garlic
    1 (15 oz.) can cannellini beans, drained
    2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 tsp. cumin
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. cilantro (fresh preferred)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in blender or food processor; puree until smooth.
    Let stand several hours to develop flavors.
    Serve with corn chips.
