Microwave Twice Baked Potato Boats - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes (5 to 6 oz. each)
    1/2 c. fresh dairy sour cream
    1/3 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, cut up
    2 Tbsp. chopped chives
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. freshly ground pepper
    paprika
Preparation
    Arrange potatoes in a circular pattern on micro-type plate. Use cook cycle and cook 12 to 13 minutes or until tender, turning potatoes over once during cooking.
    Let stand for 5 minutes.
