Slimmer Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. prepared mustard
2 Tbsp. salad dressing
1 egg
1 lb. crab meat
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. cracker meal
1/4 c. chopped parsley
vegetable oil (for pan frying)
Preparation

Mix prepared mustard, salad dressing and egg together.
Add crab meat, seasonings, mustard, cracker meal and parsley.
Mix lightly so as not to break up the crab meat.
Form into cakes. Fry in small amount of oil until brown; turn and brown on other side.
Cakes may also be broiled.
Serves 4.
