Stuffed Brussels Sprouts(Hors D'Oeuvres) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

cooked Brussels sprouts
cream cheese
chopped nuts
Italian, French or Ranch dressing
Preparation

Blot cooked sprouts dry with paper towel.
Hollow out the top of each, saving these leaves.
Cream the cheese with your choice of dressing and add nuts.
Stuff each hollow and set upon a plate (sometimes hard to stand up) and sprinkle top with paprika. Excellent Christmas choice as it is green and red.
Puree the remaining leaves with nuts and cheese.
Serve on crackers.
