Tortellini Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. margarine
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 (14 oz.) cans chicken broth
1 bundle fresh spinach, torn in pieces
1 (9 oz.) pkg. cheese tortellini
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 tsp. basil
Preparation

Saute garlic in margarine.
Add chicken broth.
Bring to a boil.
Add tortellini; reduce heat.
Simmer 5 minutes.
Add tomatoes, spinach and basil.
Simmer 2 to 3 minutes; salt and pepper to taste.
May sprinkle with Parmesan cheese as served if desired.
