Lemon Delights - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon cake mix
1 (4 1/2 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 egg
confectioners sugar

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine lemon cake mix, Cool Whip and egg in large mixer bowl; mix well.
Form into small balls, using hands roll in confectioners sugar.
Place onto baking sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 minutes or until lightly browned.
