Aunt Lee'S Garlic Cheese Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grits
    1 garlic cheese roll
    2/3 c. milk
    1/4 lb. butter or oleo
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook grits according to package.
    While hot, stir in butter and cut up garlic cheese roll.
    Let cool.
    Add milk to eggs and stir into grits mixture. Pour into greased 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle top with grated cheese.
    Bake in 300\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
