Brazil Nut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. whole Brazil nuts
1 lb. whole pitted dates
1 c. maraschino cherries, drained
3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. brandy extract
Preparation

Mix fruit and nuts together. Sift dry ingredients together and add to fruit mixture.
Stir in eggs and flavorings.
