Vegetable Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 medium potatoes, diced
    3 qt. water
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 bag frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrots
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Bring water, potatoes, pepper and bouillon cubes to boil.
    Add bag of frozen veggies and bring to a boil.
    Add Velveeta cheese and chicken soup.
    Add salt to taste.
    Simmer.
