Stir-Fry Vegetables - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. oil
1 c. thin-sliced carrots
1 c. thick sliced celery
1 c. julienne-cut zucchini or green pepper
1 Tbsp. sesame seed (optional)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation

Heat oil at medium-high heat in 12-inch saute pan or wok for 2 minutes.
Add vegetables, tossing and stirring gently for about 5 minutes.
Vegetables should be crisp and tender.
Add soy sauce and salt; toss to mix.
Sprinkle sesame seed over top (optional). Yields 4 servings.
