Flat Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. shortening (part butter)
1 egg yolk and milk to make 2/3 c.
2/3 c. crushed cornflakes
Preparation

Mix pastry.
Add egg yolk and milk mixture.
Toss lightly. Divide dough into half.
Roll 1/2 dough to fit a rimmed cookie sheet with edges.
Sprinkle with 2/3 cup crushed cornflakes over dough.
