Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 oz. raspberry gelatin
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. boiling water
10 oz. pkg. raspberries
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 oz. cream cheese, soft
1/3 c. sifted confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
dash of salt
1 c. heavy whipped cream
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin and sugar in boiling water.
Add frozen raspberries and lemon juice.
Stir until thawed.
Chill until partially set.
Blend cream cheese, confectioners sugar, vanilla and salt.
Fold in small amount whipped cream.
Fold in remainder. (May be tinted green for holidays.)
Place cheese mixture on graham cracker crust, 9-inch.
Spoon gelatin mixture on top and refrigerate.
