Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. chuck roast
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Place roast on a large piece of aluminum foil.
    Pour soup mix and mushroom soup (undiluted) on the roast.
    Bring the ends of foil together tightly so juice cannot escape. Cook in a 325\u00b0 oven for 2 hours.
    Serves 6.
