Clam Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) carton cottage cheese
1 Tbsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 (6 oz.) can minced clams
1 to 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation

Combine all ingredients; blend well with hand mixer.
Chill and serve with Fritos or Bugles.
Makes 1 1/2 cups.
