Tortilla Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chopped onion
    2 chopped garlic cloves
    4 medium chopped tomatoes
    1 can beef broth
    2 cans chicken broth
    2 c. V-8 juice
    1 tsp. cumin
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. A.1. sauce
    handful of fresh snipped cilantro
    8 corn tortillas
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic in 2 tablespoons oil.
    Add other ingredients and simmer one hour.
    During last 20 minutes, add the tortillas which have been cut into 1-inch strips.
    Remove pot from burner and add the cheese.
