Watercress Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. pork, sliced thin and flat
    1 slice ginger, crushed
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/2 c. water or stock
    1 bunch watercress, cut into 1 1/2-inch length
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Heat
    pan
    with oil.
    Brown ginger and garlic slightly. Add pork;
    fry\tfor
    1\tminute.
    Put in salt and aji; fry for another minute over a low flame.
    Add water.
    When it comes to a boil, add watercress.
    Cook for 3 minutes, or until done.
