Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 onions
    1 c. celery
    1 green pepper
    1 hot pepper
    1 1/2 lb. shrimp
    1 can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Brown onions, celery and peppers in butter. Add tomatoes and simmer at least 1/2 hour. Add peeled and deveined shrimp. Simmer 15 to 20 minutes. Salt and pepper. Serve over hot, cooked rice.
