Hot Sausage And Mushroom Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg hot sausage, cooked and drained
1 Tbsp cooking oil
8 oz sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 c onion, chopped
1/2 c sweet red pepper, chopped
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Heat oil in a 12-inch skillet, cook mushrooms, onion and pepper until tender. Stir in cream cheese and worcestershire. Stir into vegetable mixture. Add sausage. Heat and stir until cheese is melted. Put in a chafing dish. Serve with crackers or corn chips. Makes 4 cups.
