Chemi Cheri Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 garlic pods, split
    crushed red pepper (enough to cover bottom of wine bottle)
    black pepper
    oregano and salt (to cover 1/2-inch of bottom of wine bottle)
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1/2 bottle or more ketchup
    1/2 c. white vinegar
    olive oil (1-inch of wine bottle)
Preparation
    Mix in wine bottle and season according to taste.
    Let set 24 hours.
    Use as barbecue sauce on ribs or chicken.
