Spinach Crepes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    6 slices bacon, crumbled, or bacon bits
Preparation
    Cook and cool spinach.
    Stir in sour cream and crumbs.
    Put 2 tablespoons of spinach mixture in each crepe.
    Roll and place in a buttered 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Brush crepes with melted butter, sprinkle with cheese and bacon (you may use almonds instead).
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Can be made ahead and refrigerated and bake for 25 minutes.
    Makes 10 to 15 crepes.
