Dole Pineapple Spinach Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can Dole pineapple chunks
3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 bunch Dole spinach, washed and stemmed
1/2 c. sliced Dole celery or water chestnuts
1/2 small red onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1/3 c. cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. oregano, crumbled
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Drain pineapple, reserve 1/2 cup of juice for dressing.
Mix pineapple with bacon, spinach, celery and onion.
Combine reserved juice with remaining ingredients; mix well.
Add to salad and toss.
