Vegetarian Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large peppers
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. cauliflower
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 small onion, chopped
    picante/salsa
    1/2 to 1 c. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Boil peppers until softened, but still slightly firm.
    Cook broccoli, onion and cauliflower in boiling water until tender. Drain.
    Add bread crumbs, cheese and salsa to moisten (a little water may be added if needed).
    Fill peppers with mixture and bake until cheese melts.
